We are looking for an Apprentice Truck & Trailer Technician to join our Fleet Repair and Maintenance team in Winnipeg, MB. As part of our experienced and cohesive team, the Technician will be responsible for routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to our fleet of company owned trailers of a variety of configurations used in various applications. In addition, you will be required to perform diagnoses and repairs to mechanical, air, hydraulic and electrical system defects.

Position Requirements:

• Registered Apprentice with willingness to complete
• Experience repairing and servicing tractor & trailing equipment is an asset
• Experience repairing and servicing off-road equipment would be an asset
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
• Must have own tools and safety boots (allowances provided annually for both)
• Must be physically fit (able to lift approx. 50 lbs., kneeling and crouching for extended periods of time)
• The successful candidate will require reliable transportation as our facility is located outside of public transport
• Pre-employment and post-incident controlled substance & alcohol testing is mandatory for this position as it is deemed safety sensitive.
