Fujitsu is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Cross Functional Solution Architect with SAP Mill Products and Steel Industry experience, emphasizing Quote to Cash, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing. This Solution Architect role requires deep integration and optimization of SAP systems across various business functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to the mill products and steel industries, focusing on optimizing and streamlining Quote to Cash, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing processes.
  • Lead the integration of new SAP solutions to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve end-to-end visibility across all operational phases.
  • Drive the adoption of intelligent technologies such as robotic process automation and machine learning to refine the Quote to Cash process, increasing the responsiveness and flexibility of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions align with the strategic financial and operational goals, enhancing overall business planning and execution.
  • Manage complex product configurations and dynamic order promising to meet current and future demands efficiently.
  • Acts as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle of an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution implementation.
  • Engage with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions and clearly articulate the business value of SAP solutions through thoughtful presentations and demonstrations.
  • Engages, grows, and maintains high-level executive relationships within both the Clients business and IT community and leverage these relationships to identify critical and strategic business opportunities.
  • Undertake solution development/management responsibilities as required to help develop, nurture and grow the SAP S/4HANA footprint at the client.
  • Partners with other Fujitsu business units to influence, define and create high-value, targeted solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Profound expertise in SAP S/4HANA with specific knowledge in the mill products and steel sectors, especially in areas impacting Quote to Cash, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects, with a strong ability to integrate diverse SAP modules and external systems.

  • Strong analytical skills to drive business process improvements and a strategic approach to technology adoption and implementation.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholder expectations and lead project teams effectively.

  • Minimum of 15 years of SAP Solution development and client-facing experience with 7 to 10 years as an SAP Architect

  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (Greenfield)

  • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with specific SAP certifications relevant to SAP S/4HANA.

  • Effectively able to communicate to the C-Suite via storytelling, impactful presentations and other relevant tools.
