The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Director Supportive Housing & Administrator Bethammi Nursing Home for the provision of confidential administrative services. The Administrative Assistant provides supportive functions to the Directors related to planning, scheduling, communication, report development, and meeting coordination.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in business administration, office administration

• Minimum two years related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Demonstrated accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize workload to meet various deadlines

• Must be at intermediate skill level for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint and Visio

• Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information

• Demonstrated regular attendance at work

Assets:

• Experienced with Smartsheet and Canva design software

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
