L'Ingénieur expert OT (Operations Technology) est chargé de protéger l’environnement industriel de Barry Callebaut, tout en veillant à maintenir des défenses robustes contre les menaces cybernétiques, notamment par des mesures de sécurité réseau et des dispositifs de protection des postes de travail.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Développer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir une architecture de sécurité OT robuste, en conformité avec les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie et les exigences réglementaires.

  • Réaliser des évaluations de risques régulières, identifier les vulnérabilités et mettre en place des stratégies d’atténuation pour protéger les infrastructures critiques OT.

  • Mettre en place et gérer des contrôles de sécurité réseau (pare-feux, systèmes de détection/prévention d’intrusion) et des solutions de sécurité des postes (antivirus, anti-malware) pour les systèmes OT.

  • Superviser et optimiser les processus de gestion des correctifs afin d’assurer l’application rapide des mises à jour de sécurité dans les environnements OT.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes SecOps et les autres départements concernés en cas d’incident de sécurité.

  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité (par exemple : NIST, IEC 62443) et participer aux audits internes et externes.

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de la documentation et à l’animation de formations de sensibilisation à la cybersécurité pour le personnel OT (gestionnaires d’usine, de maintenance et d’ingénierie, opérateurs, ingénieurs systèmes OT et champions OT).

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, la sécurité IT et d'autres parties prenantes afin de garantir une collaboration efficace et un bon partage des connaissances.

  • Rechercher et évaluer les nouvelles technologies et solutions de sécurité OT pour renforcer la posture de sécurité.

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre de politiques et de systèmes de protection pour l’environnement OT.

  • Collaborer efficacement avec une équipe répartie à l’échelle mondiale et opérant sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires pour atteindre les objectifs communs et garantir le succès des projets.

A propos de vous:

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, technologies de l’information, automatisation, sécurité des infrastructures ou tout autre domaine connexe.

  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, idéalement en environnement d'automatisation industrielle (OT).

  • Connaissances avancées en sécurité des réseaux industriels, conception et configuration de technologies telles que Siemens et/ou Rockwell Automation.

  • Maîtrise des normes internationales de cybersécurité industrielle (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443) fortement appréciée.

  • Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais.

  • Expertise des systèmes de contrôle industriel : SCADA, PLC, DCS, et technologies connexes.

  • Connaissances approfondies en sécurité réseau (protocoles, pare-feu, VPN, systèmes de détection/prévention d’intrusion).

  • Expérience avec les technologies de protection des postes de travail (antivirus, anti-malware, EDR).

  • Capacité à effectuer des analyses de risques approfondies et à proposer des stratégies de mitigation efficaces.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, adaptées à des publics techniques et non techniques.

  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.

  • Capacité à collaborer sur plusieurs projets simultanément.

About the role:

The Expert Engineer OT (Operations Technology), is dedicated to protecting Barry Callebaut's industrial environment, while focusing on maintaining robust defenses against cyber threats through network and endpoint security measures.

Key responsibilities include**:**

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust OT security architecture aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies to protect critical OT infrastructure.

  • Implement and manage network security controls (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems) and endpoint security measures (antivirus, anti-malware) for OT systems.

  • Oversee and optimize patch management processes to ensure timely application of security updates across OT environments.

  • Collaborate with SecOps and relevant teams during security breaches.

  • Ensure adherence to security standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and support internal and external audits.

  • Assist in development of documentation and delivering security awareness training programs for OT personnel (Plant, Maintenance and Engineering Managers, factory workers, OT Systems engineers and OT Champions) to foster a security-conscious culture.

  • Work closely with operations teams, IT security, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Research and evaluate emerging OT security technologies and solutions to enhance the security posture.

  • Support the implementation of policies and systems to protect our OT environment

  • Collaborate effectively with a globally operating team across multiple time zones to achieve shared goals and drive project success

About you**:**

  • Degree in Engineering/IT/technology/Automation, infrastructure security or a comparable field

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience (working in an industrial automation (OT) environment).

  • Advanced knowledge of industrial networks security, design and configuration of technologies such as Siemens and/or Rockwell automation is required.

  • Knowledge of international standards for industrial cyber security (ISO27001, NIST, IEC62443) are highly appreciated.

  • Proficient in English

  • Deep knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and related technologies.

  • Proficiency in network security concepts, protocols, and tools (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems).

  • Experience with endpoint protection technologies (antivirus, anti-malware, EDR).

  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001).

  • Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address security challenges.

  • Ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously
