As Boshart Industries continues to grow, we are looking to fill the position of Customer Service Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible to build relationships with customers, Customer Service Representatives and the Outside Sales Team in order to maintain and increase sales and profitability, all while ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service Support role will provide coverage for Retail Customer Service Representatives daily and during vacation/sick time.

• Communicate professionally and promote positive relationships with customers, Customer Service Representatives, and the Outside Sales Team.

• Schedule relief time with the Customer Service team when needed and assist in other administrative tasks.

• Follow up on pricing and samples sent to customers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Suggest programming tools that will make department more efficient.

• Continually monitor competition for what they are offering in the marketplace.

• Attend Product Training Sessions

• Attend Customer Service Meetings

• Product cross references

• Projects as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma and 6 months experience

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)

• Knowledge of the plumbing, water well, irrigation, or pool and spa market would be an asset.
