IS THIS POSITION FOR YOU?
You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant with minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant working directly to support a CEO. You will act as a first point of contact for the CEO. You will execute many projects, communications, and strategies on behalf of the CEO and thus must be a strategic thinker and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an integral role in the next stage of national growth for our firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and fielding inquiries with discretion. Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring all engagements are prepared for with necessary materials and information.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports as required.
- Organize and maintain files and records to ensure the CEO’s workflow is efficient and compliant with company practices.
- Assist in coordinating events and meetings, both internal and external, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
- Support the CEO in various project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage personal tasks for the CEO such as personal appointments, family-related scheduling, and other private commitments to help optimize the CEO’s time for professional responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mandatory 5+ experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with senior-level executives and clients.
- High proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of performance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, especially when handling personal tasks and sensitive information.
- Someone confident in their skillset, yet humble enough to learn new things and grow with our team.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
