Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Edmonton branch.
This role is designed to develop the sales leadership team of the future. Offering a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a meaningful way.
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll work to identify customer needs, present tailored services and solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
You will also collaborate closely with the senior sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s continued growth. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship, helping you to build a solid foundation for a successful career in sales.
Training
All new associate sales representatives will participate in a comprehensive training program, designed to support their growth into the role of a Senior Sales Representative. Through a series of targeted training modules, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the full scope of our services with confidence and expertise.
Our sales training program is designed to build a consultant style team, equipping you with a strong technical understanding of our services and the ability to provide strategic, solution-based support to our clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- University bachelor’s degree in commerce, or related business field is strongly preferred.
- Must currently reside in Edmonton.
