Schedule Flexibility: Shifts available with start times between 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. While direct customer service experience isn’t required, the ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, well-spoken, organized, and confident working with clients both on the phone and online. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals who are comfortable interacting with customers and eager to build their career within a trusted Canadian brand.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people
• Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• No previous customer service experience necessary – just the right attitude and communication skills
• Candidates from Mississauga, Brampton, or West Etobicoke are preferred to reduce commute times
• Must be comfortable working on-site at our office headquarters
• An openness to varied shift start times: 8:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, or 10:00 AM
