Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the office
- Manage administrative tasks and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Assist in budgeting and financial management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or retirement living environment
- Knowledge of financial management principles
