We’re looking for a friendly, organized Sales & Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries while supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-ups. This role focuses on helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from first contact to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional, timely manner
- Greet walk-in clients and visitors at the showroom
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers with product selection and basic design/layout inquiries
Sales Support
- Prepare and send quotes and sales order confirmations
- Follow up with clients regarding delivery schedules, order updates, or payment status
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to support customer needs
- Input and manage orders using CRM or order management software
General Administration
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system
- Organize and maintain product literature and showroom materials
- Assist with invoicing or basic document handling as required
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual fluency (Mandarin or Cantonese) to support a diverse client base.
