Our gorgeous Terroni Sud Forno Produzione e Spaccio East location houses a one of a kind open concept commissary kitchen, a fully licensed restaurant and a retail storefront which also features a café and quick service counter. In this unique and beautifully designed space, customers can eat and drink while overlooking the creative lab as our chefs and cooks are busy making breads, pastries, pastas and other goods for our locations and for purchase at the storefront. It is a lively environment where wine, food and the theatrics of production meet.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate and hospitality driven Host to join our exceptional restaurant team at our one of a kind gem Spaccio East location. Spaccio East, and its parent Gruppo Terroni, is the Industry leader when it comes to providing a traditional and authentic Italian culinary experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, welcoming and curating exceptional interactions with guests and brings a positive and professional work ethic. Well groomed and possessing a great sense of style, you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and beautiful casual fine dining environment.

Description Of Role:

As an important member of our FOH restaurant team you are the first person our guests meet upon entering our restaurant and therefor play an integral role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience for all. Reporting to the location restaurant management team, greeting guests with a cheerful, professional and outgoing personality and offering a consistently outstanding experience for both those guests checking in as well as those calling over the phone, are the primary responsibilities of the Host. Running food, clearing tables as well as maintaining a clean and organized restaurant may also be part of the daily duties of the Host. The ideal candidate is a reliable and positive team player who is a quick learner with flexible availability. This is a part-time position with variable shifts that may include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
