Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Grain Operations Manager at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Nampa , AB . As a Grain Operations Manager you will assist in overseeing the facility and equipment ensuring the plant operates within corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct facility plant operations, staff and activities
- Participates in policy development and implementation of new policies
- Coordinate the logistics of grain which includes purchasing, receiving, shipping, handling and grading
- Supports the recruitment and selection of staff
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Business and/or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Agriculture industry
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- High level understanding of business acumen with a strong focus on customer service
