Pinnacle Logistics Solutions Ltd is currently seeking a full-time bookkeeper. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the efficient operation of the office.

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage bookkeeping activities and generate financial reports.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for financial and administrative documents.
- Reconcile accounts and processes, ensuring all data is captured correctly.
- Use Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- +2 years experience in Bookkeeping or a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software, Quickbooks preferred
- Exceptional (Strong Intermediate or Advanced) Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+ levels), both oral and written
We are looking for a team player; someone who pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of deadlines and quality work. This is an in-office role at our central location in Cambridge, ON.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
