🤩 What you'll do
As a Sales Operations Manager at Toon Boom, you will drive efficiency and productivity within the sales team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will manage essential support functions, optimize processes, and enhance visibility into sales performance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track objectives, streamline sales processes, and support team growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Reporting:
- Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data across Salesforce and other systems.
- Monitor key metrics, track performance, and ensure visibility for strategic decision-making.
Quota Management & Allocation:
- Support the equitable distribution of sales quotas across channels and resources.
- Track the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales management to drive process consistency and quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.
Technology & CRM Management:
- Implement and optimize CRM technologies to support the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with CRM standards and maintain data accuracy.
Training & Development:
- Support sales enablement through ongoing education and resources.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor the distribution of sales reports and recommend enhancements.
- Support the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Strategic Support:
- Provide insights to senior leadership on sales performance and incentive programs.
- Support company-wide initiatives and align sales processes with business goals.
🎯 What you'll need
- You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
- You have experience working with sales channels, agents, and resellers.
- You are highly proficient in Salesforce with 5+ years of advanced usage and administration.
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- You excel in executive selling and building strong relationships.
- You bring any experience in the animation or video game industry as a plus.
