Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada for a District Manager. The District Manager will oversee and manage multiple retail locations within their assigned district. Responsibilities include ensuring store operations run smoothly, achieving sales targets, training and mentoring store managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards to align with company policies. Additionally, the District Manager will analyze sales data, develop strategies to optimize efficiencies, and liaise with Regional Manager to drive district performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management (7-10 years) preferably as a District Manager or Store Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies
• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and store management
• Proficiency with retail management software and MS Office
• Understanding of beauty and consumer trends in Asian products is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
