The University of Regina is pleased to invite applications for the Research Assistant position in the economics department. The start date for the successful candidate is July 2, 2025.
The successful candidate will write a public report summarizing the results of a telephone survey focused on energy and sustainability in Regina. This work will involve writing a public report and coordination of design and layout with a graphic designer.
The University of Regina has campuses located in Regina and Saskatoon on Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories. These are the ancestral lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakoda, and Lakota nations and the homeland of the Métis. QUALIFICATIONS:

The applicant must have excellent writing skills.

Must be a self-motivated, independent worker with excellent time management skills.

Knowledge of climate and energy policy is an asset.

Experience with the ‘R’ software is an asset.

Experience working with survey data is an asset.

Between 140 -160 hours depending on the budget
