Our client is a specialised, Toronto-based consultancy focused exclusively on Identity and Access Management (IAM). Our team delivers high-impact solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across North America & Canada. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and personalised service, they’re expanding—and looking for an IAM Consultant to join them on a contract basis.

The Role:

As an IAM Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint, ISC & SNow solutions for their clients. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM frameworks that meet business and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SailPoint solution design and implementation projects (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
  • Develop custom connectors, rules, workflows, and integration components.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practice consulting.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into deliverable IAM solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow).
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying SailPoint configurations, connectors, and scripts.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages used for SailPoint customization.
  • Experience with directory services (LDAP, AD), SSO, MFA, and IAM governance tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area – hybrid working required (approx. 2-3 days/week on-site).

Nice to Have:

  • SailPoint certification(s).
  • Experience with cloud IAM and security tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM).
  • Previous consulting experience.
