Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to manage incoming leads and actively seek out new customer prospects to grow our client base. This hybrid role gives you flexibility to manage your own schedule, but you must be available to respond quickly to leads. You’ll work with medium to large-sized businesses (30–1000 employees), identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions through product demos and tastings.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to and follow up on inbound leads
· Prospect and engage new business opportunities
· Conduct meetings, product demos, and coffee tastings
· Present and sell coffee and tea services to companies
· Identify decision-makers and manage sales pipeline
· Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
· Provide market insights and report on customer trends
· Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution
Who you are:
· Self-motivated and target-driven
· Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
· Excellent time management and follow-up discipline
· Proficient with Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and other various platforms
· Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Ability to respond quickly to leads and inquiries
· Willingness to receive and apply feedback
· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
· Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
· BS/BA degree or equivalent
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary + uncapped commissions
· 1st year target earnings: $60,000–$90,000+
· Company-provided laptop and phone
· Mileage allowance
· Flexible hybrid work environment
