Frontier Networks - Billing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end billing process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timelines
  • Perform regular billing audits to identify discrepancies, ensure revenue integrity, and recommend corrective actions
  • Performing monthly cost reconciliations and fixing discrepancies
  • Monthly payment collections and tracking and reporting write off risks
  • CRTC and government related reporting and filing
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing issues, thinking creatively to develop innovative solutions
  • Manage and resolve escalations related to billing discrepancies or customer disputes with a high level of professionalism
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as a bridge between Sales, Accounting, and the NOC team to streamline communication and ensure seamless data flow
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and automation strategies
  • Ensure documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are current and followed consistently
  • Deliver reports and insights to leadership related to billing metrics and trends
  • Additional ad-hoc revenue and reporting related functions

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Experience leading a small team preferred
  • Experience in telecom billing an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to collaborate effectively wit your own team and other departments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with emphasis on pivot tables, Power BI, Data Validation, Query tools
  • Strong Excel skills (and bonus points if you have used BI or query tools).
  • A completed college or university education.
  • Reside in the Toronto/GTA region with the ability to commute to our 530 Kipling office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
