Frontier Networks - Billing Manager
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the end-to-end billing process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timelines
- Perform regular billing audits to identify discrepancies, ensure revenue integrity, and recommend corrective actions
- Performing monthly cost reconciliations and fixing discrepancies
- Monthly payment collections and tracking and reporting write off risks
- CRTC and government related reporting and filing
- Proactively identify and resolve billing issues, thinking creatively to develop innovative solutions
- Manage and resolve escalations related to billing discrepancies or customer disputes with a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate cross-functionally as a bridge between Sales, Accounting, and the NOC team to streamline communication and ensure seamless data flow
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and automation strategies
- Ensure documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are current and followed consistently
- Deliver reports and insights to leadership related to billing metrics and trends
- Additional ad-hoc revenue and reporting related functions

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Experience leading a small team preferred
- Experience in telecom billing an asset
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to collaborate effectively wit your own team and other departments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with emphasis on pivot tables, Power BI, Data Validation, Query tools
- Strong Excel skills (and bonus points if you have used BI or query tools).
- A completed college or university education.
- Reside in the Toronto/GTA region with the ability to commute to our 530 Kipling office
