Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fredericton, NB for a QA Manager. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, developing and implementing QA strategies, performing detailed inspections and tests, analyzing quality metrics, and leading a team of QA professionals. The QA Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize the QA process to achieve high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing QA strategies and quality metrics analysis
  • Proficiency in performing detailed inspections and tests
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of QA professionals
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various departments effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
