What You’ll Do As the Credit Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and health of our accounts receivable and credit processes. Reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration, you will:

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle—including collections, reconciliations, payment processing, and ledger closeouts
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluate credit applications, and maintain accurate credit files
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies
• Support policy development and contribute to internal controls and ongoing projects
• Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication and timely problem resolution

Who You Are You are a confident finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit or AR-related roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the CICS AR and BRCU systems (an asset)
