FT/PT associate needed at our exceptional clinic in the centrally located city of Red Deer, AB.
An independently owned dental clinic with varying hours (FT/PT), we have an uniquely collegial and social doctor group, and a positive and enthusiastic team that is eager to work as hard as you. Our brand new and high end 12 op clinic has been built to meet our excess patient demand.
Our clinic is locally owned and operated for over 45 years and has been fortunate to be busy the entire time depending solely on community and patient referrals. Patients depend on us for long term, quality and ethical care, and we are looking for an associate that can provide that. Office fee guide is approximately 10% higher than the AB fee guide. Long term and loyal staff that embodies our clinic culture and makes it an appealing place for patients and potential hires to come.
Office has paperless charting, digital sensors, CBCT, intraorla scanner, 3D printer, CEREC milling. Full endo and implant setup. Nitrous, oral sedation, and IV sedation monitoring equipment/training of staff. Full ADEC chairs and top end instruments/equipment.Each doctor is staffed with 2 RDAs and 2 chairs.
Heavy routine bread and butter dentistry practice with huge potential depending on the area of interest of the dentist. Existing associate ceasing general practice and limiting scope to surgery and sedation dentistry.
