A Day in the Life:
Craft the roadmap:
Develop and maintain integrated marketing strategies that power brand and community launches, websites, digital and traditional campaigns, sales centres, and beyond.
Shift gears fast:
Juggle priorities across multiple clients, seamlessly swapping one brand “hat” for another. Stay organized, adapt your communication style to each client, read between the lines, and respond with the right mix of tact and clarity.
Check the pulse:
Manage your active projects in our PM platform, adjusting priorities as client needs change, and make sure teams involved in the project have everything they need to succeed.
Own the room:
Lead weekly, bi‑weekly or ad-hoc client meetings (virtual or in‑person) to present project updates, digital marketing reports, and fresh thinking.
Spot the gap:
Identify untapped opportunities with your clients and collaborate with the Account Director to propose new solutions.
Stay aligned:
Work closely with the Creative Director to keep deliverables on brand and aligned with the brief.
Measure the win:
Tie every tactic back to clear KPIs and refine plans based on real‑time performance.
What You Bring
Experience
- 2–3 years in senior account management or strategy at a marketing agency.
Skills
- Strong writer and proofreader.
- Confident presenter; able to lead meetings, defend rationale, and problem‑solve on the fly.
- Confident in reading between the lines to understand the “ask behind the ask.”
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, delegate smartly, and keep projects moving.
- Fluent in linking strategic choices to measurable outcomes (“Here’s what success looks like and how we’ll prove it”).
