Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (No Commission. No Cold Calls.)

About the Role: New Business Sales Manager
Forget what you know about traditional sales. At Avon, this is a reactive sales support role — your mission is to help new clients find the right product, send them a pre-written quote, and follow up to answer any questions.
Think of it as part product advisor, part solution consultant — with a customer-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries via chat , email , and phone
- Understand client needs by asking smart, thoughtful questions
- Recommend the right product or system for the client’s use-case
- Customize and send pre-written quotes
- Follow up to ensure clients are fully supported and confident in their decision
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office where accuracy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are essential
What You Won’t Do
- No outbound cold calls
- No commission chasing
- No monthly quotas
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced office or inside sales environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client conversations at once
- Professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience in access control , ID card technologies , or office products is a major asset
- A natural ability to simplify technical concepts for everyday users

We are proud to have a customer base of prominent organizations including: The Canadian Department of Defense ($500,000.00 contract). Canada Revenue Agency ($500,000.00 contract). In addition, we have over 25,000 customers throughout Canada utilizing our products and services.
