Position summary
SE Health Speech Language Pathologists are the best of the best. We provide person centered care, an ability to build rapport and trust with your clients while positively seeing them progress in their home. As a part of the Waterloo-Wellington Stroke Team, you have the opportunity to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation professionals who provide services to clients who have recently experienced a stroke. Our Stroke Team conducts weekly rounds, collaborates on shared goals, and ensures clients receive care tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities

- Formulating goals and recommendations
- Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs

Requirements
- Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A positive work and attendance record is essential
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- This role follows a hybrid work approach where you can work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
