Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Body Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various massage techniques, body treatments, and spa therapies. As a Spa Body Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing our clients with personalized wellness experiences tailored to their needs and preferences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Provide the highest quality treatments to guests, in compliance with all Wedgewood Hotel & Spa policies/service procedures/standards.

· Maintain complete knowledge of all products used in the treatment and available for retail

· Be punctual and prepared for treatments.

· Performing a variety of massage therapies such as relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages.

· Conducting consultations with clients to assess their specific needs and preferences.

· Recommending appropriate treatments and spa packages based on individual requirements.

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

· Upholding high standards of professionalism, customer service, and hygiene at all times.

· Collaborating with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Spa Body Worker or Massage Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.

· Certification or licensure in massage therapy or a related field.

· Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping others achieve wellness goals.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and serene spa environment.

Working Days : Flexible working hours. Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays reqired.
