What Your Day Looks Like
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of SunLouvre Pergolas, helping clients design their dream outdoor spaces. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients to our showroom (in-person or virtually) and guiding them through our products;
- Understanding their needs and helping them create custom outdoor solutions;
- Responding to client inquiries and following up to ensure a smooth sales process;
- Preparing and submitting budgetary estimates and official quotes;
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets;
- Actively take part in various PR events related to our activities (real estate, luxury goods, design) and in Torontonian charities.
- Building strong relationships with key industry contacts and referral partners;
- Conducting site visits to gather project details (plans, photos, measurements);
- Collaborating closely with the internal design team for special project validations;
- Overseeing the project’s progress from start to finish;
- Sharing ideas and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
- Skilled negotiator who can turn a “maybe” into a “yes”;
- Team player who is energetic and open to collaboration;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- At least 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, with high-end products;
- Strong ability to communicate in person, over the phone, and via email;
- You are independent**, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized**;
- Knowledge of construction or landscaping
- Proficient in Office Suite and CRM, (an asset).
