As our next Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and installing production equipment and facilities. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will be critical in supporting our operational excellence and ensuring compliance with industry quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of production equipment and facilities
- Assist with the assembly, debugging, and startup of new or modified production machines
- Support implementation of new manufacturing projects
- Ensure production equipment meets operational efficiency and quality targets
- Maintain quality operating systems in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized maintenance environment
- Participate in continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Skilled trade certification and/or relevant industrial experience
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and CNC
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance and repair of CNC machining and automated assembly
- Familiarity with QS9000 or equivalent automotive quality systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Welding or basic manual machining skills
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Interest in pursuing additional certifications or licenses
