Job Summary :
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Admission Support Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Please note before applying:
You must be able to work between Sunday to Friday as hours will be scheduled as per business needs. You will need to have a computer/laptop and a headset, as equipment will not be provided.
This role involves assisting potential students with their journey to starting their education.
Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage customers professionally during calls.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Making 80-100 calls per day in order to meet quota
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.
Skills:
- Fully Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Team player
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
