Commercial & Brand Analytics Senior Manager

The organization is expanding its Commercial Analytics team to better support key therapeutic areas with data-driven insights around brand performance, marketing optimization, and patient behavior.
The Role – Commercial/Brand Analytics Manager/Senior Manager
As a core part of the commercial organization, this role will support brand, sales, and omnichannel marketing teams with advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data while influencing high-level business strategy, this role will focus on uncovering actionable insights across both marketing effectiveness and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and apply models (e.g., regression, clustering, uplift, time-series, response models) to support commercial and marketing decision-making
- Lead exploratory analysis on large, raw datasets (claims, HCP engagement, media, sales) to uncover actionable insights
- Support omnichannel strategy with models for targeting, next-best-action, segmentation, and attribution
- Measure brand performance through prescription, claims, and field activity data
- Translate complex modeling output into simple, business-relevant insights for commercial stakeholders
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, data science, and field leadership teams to align analytics with business goals
- Contribute to test design and experimentation frameworks to support “test and learn” strategies
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in commercial analytics, data science, or marketing analytics
- Strong experience building and validating models from the ground up (regression, uplift, segmentation)
- Advanced SQL skills with working knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling
- Proven ability to work with large, unstructured datasets and turn them into clear business narratives
- Experience with omnichannel, digital media, or field performance analytics preferred
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders (brand teams, marketing, sales)
