Position Overview:

Looking for a sharp Performance Marketing Strategist to join our extended team and support ongoing client projects in e-commerce, wellness, lifestyle & creative services .

You’ll work closely with our team to build and execute performance strategies , including ad campaigns, landing pages and email flows.

STRATEGY & FUNNEL SETUP

• Full-funnel performance strategy: cold acquisition, retargeting, nurture, conversion
• Audience segmentation & positioning based on brand goals
• Channel selection (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.)

AD CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

• Campaign structure & media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Copywriting, visual briefing & optimization (with your creative team or mine)
• Testing frameworks (creatives, offers, audiences, hooks)
• Weekly reporting & performance insights

EMAIL MARKETING

• Flow design & copy (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
• Broadcast campaigns
• Setup & integrations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Segment building & deliverability best practices

LANDING PAGES & WEBSITES

• High-converting landing pages (strategy, copy, structure, user flow)
• Support on Shopify and Wix (minor dev & optimizations)
• CRO audits & conversion insights
