We are on the hunt for a full time Front Seat Co-Driver, AKA Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team in Invermere, British Columbia! Must possess a love for cars, human beings and planet earth.
Previous automotive experience preferred but not required. Must have a knack for technical concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS:
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required, but is considered an asset
Positive and passionate personality
Confident communicator
Proven experience in customer service
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with computers and Windows based software
An ability to multitask in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
Professional, well-groomed appearance, representing the Cleanline brand
AS FRONT SEAT CO-DRIVER YOU WILL:
Ensure customer experience is consistent and in line with our values by supporting the Service Advisor…each and every time!
Be the first face customer see
Answer calls, greet customers and schedule appointments
Carry out pre-appointment reminders and follow-up calls
Perform pre-work walk around inspections
Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Random missions as required (e.g. washing cars, shuttling customers, etc.)
AS FRONT SEAT CO-DRIVER YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Service Advisor Support
- Customer check-in
- Receive keys
- Make additional notes
- Assign work order to technician
- Communicate messages to S/A
- Organize parking lot
- Perform follow up phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Online booking & voicemails
- Next day preparation
- Courtesy car management
- Perform pre-work vehicle walk around inspections
- Shuttle customers and vehicles
- Torque check customer wheels
- Pick up and delivery of parts
- Wash customer vehicles
- Manage tire storage inventory
Parts
- Maintain stock inventory
- Communicate low inventory with S/A
- Receive parts
- Assign to bins and shelves
- Return un-used parts
Workshop Support
- Assist with shop up-keep as required
WE OFFER:
$23-$25 per hour, depending on experience
