Based at the Place Longueuil Shopping Center and reporting to the Senior Director – Operations – Shopping Centers, here are the main responsibilities of your new role as Property Coordinator:

• Respond to service requests;
• Assign work orders to Building Technicians and follow up on them;
• Ensure effective communication between the Technician and the Property Manager;
• Ensure proper deployment of Technicians across buildings;
• Ensure that tenant files in Yardi are complete and up to date;
• Respond to various tenant requests;
• Send various letters and communications;
• Process purchase orders;
• Process invoices;
• Manage security permits and incident reports;
• Manage service contracts as requested by Property Managers;
• Prepare monthly reports;
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on tenant satisfaction surveys;
• Oversee, in collaboration with the Property Manager, the monitoring of rent arrears;
• Take responsibility for Junior Property Coordinators during their absences;
• Train and mentor Junior Property Coordinators;
• Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

• College diploma in office administration;
• CPM or FMP certification (an asset);
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, specifically in real estate;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
