Reporting to the Manager of Global HR Operations, you will focus on the ongoing activation and sustained excellence of critical HR programs & services (onboarding, offboarding, HR self-service portal, etc.), ensuring a smooth experience for employees. Additionally, you will help improvement projects to make necessary changes while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to support the Global Operations strategy.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Establish the roadmap for the implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the HR Global Operations Manager.

Support and initiate the implementation of employee programs/services and projects that have a global reach across our regions (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee change events, promotion, etc.).

Working closely with the regions to identify changes, propose and implement improvements to our programs/services in order to provide a better employee experience.

Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as needed to recommend data-driven improvements for employee programs/services.

HR portal:
Help to set goals, strategy, and guidelines for the content in our HR portal.

Identify opportunities to improve content development processes and tools in collaboration with regional ambassadors.

Use a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to make content decisions and orchestrate proactive content development with the regions.

Monitor KPI's to assess performance, perform analysis, and produce reports.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Strong interpersonal, facilitation and change management skills.

Team Player. A good attitude and continuous improvement mindset are essential to perform daily activities in this role.

Presentation and training skills.

Able to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.

2-3 years or more of experience in a global organization with project management experience preferred.

Bilingual to facilitate working with international partners.
