Customer Service Representative
Location: Hawkesbury | On-site | Full-time | Permanent
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established Canadian manufacturer of custom magnetic components and power conversion products for the transportation, medical, and defense industries, is seeking a reliable and service-oriented B2B Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, billing, and credits
- Monitor and manage customer orders using the company’s ERP system (Odoo)
- Provide accurate and timely updates on order status, lead times, and any required changes
- Prepare and send invoices, coordinate with accounts payable departments
- Liaise with the production team to ensure timely shipments and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Create and distribute open order reports to key customers on a weekly basis
- Assist in generating credit memos when required, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
- Follow up on customer satisfaction to support ongoing service improvements
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments including sales, production, and QA
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing, B2B environment
- College diploma or university degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
- Must be available to work on site, Monday to Friday
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
