Summary
Pure Casino Entertainment is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Temporary Marketing Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of marketing activities across all four casino properties. This is a highly organized, behind-the-scenes role responsible for ensuring the marketing department runs efficiently and that campaigns, events, and content are supported with timely logistics, updates, and reporting.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Media Specialist, and Events Manager to help keep marketing projects on track. If you’re a multi-tasker who enjoys juggling a variety of high-value administrative tasks—from updating websites and assets to tracking reviews and competitor activity—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Project Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and communication flows are maintained.
- Track and support the preparation of reports, contracts, invoices, and internal documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for marketing campaigns, budgets, promotions, and vendor communications.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments and property-level teams to support ongoing projects and requests.
Digital & Asset Management
- Support updates to the Pure Casinos websites with accurate, timely content (promotions, events, contact info, etc.).
- Maintain internal marketing assets such as menus, digital signage, in-venue communications, and corporate files.
- Help coordinate newsletters and internal communications, including formatting, content tracking, and approvals.
- Step in to support social media scheduling and posting when needed.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in tracking and responding to Google Reviews and other public feedback platforms in coordination with leadership.
- Monitor and maintain competitor activity reports, promotions, and social media comparisons.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and Excel.
- Generate and assist with reporting on event performance, campaign reach, and guest engagement metrics.
Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with casino sites to ensure the correct and timely execution of marketing programs, signage, and promotions.
- Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice and professional image across all marketing channels.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects, research, or communications assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Administration, or Communications is an asset.
- 2+ years in an administrative or coordinator role; experience in a marketing or communications environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and professional presentation.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Canva, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is considered a strong asset.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to casino sites as needed.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours for events or urgent projects.
