Support the Systems that Support our Team

We’re hiring a detail-oriented, part-time permanent Team Member to support accurate and timely HR updates across multiple sites. Led by the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a key role in processing employment changes, maintaining records, and supporting reporting needs to keep payroll and communication running smoothly.

This is a part-time, permanent position and includes access to Home’s group benefits and annual incentive bonus program.

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:

• Process and maintain Team Member changes (hires, terminations, pay adjustments, transfers, etc.) across multiple sites.
• Review and validate employment letters for accuracy and consistency.
• Enter HR data accurately and on time to support payroll processing.
• Generate and maintain reports for Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Conduct bi-weekly audits and correct data in the Time & Attendance system.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure data accuracy.
• Administer DocuSign workflows for onboarding documentation (e.g. payroll forms, NDAs).

We’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using HRIS and Time & Attendance systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven discretion in handling confidential employee information.
• The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
