Our Guest Service Representatives and Night Auditors are an important member of our Experience Maker team. They pay a key role in shaping every guest’s stay from before they arrive until they check-out. You’ll be empowered to turn a regular stay into an extraordinary one by anticipating their needs before they check-in, fulfilling their requests promptly and delivering personalized, professional service so they feel valued and cared for. You’ll also prepare the Front Desk for the day ahead by posting room and food & beverage charges, completing reports, balancing accounts, and supporting your team to ensure they are ready for a successful day.

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly greet guests as they arrive, making each feel personally welcomed
  • Manage the entire check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
  • Anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight guests, turning routine moments into memorable experiences
  • Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure every detail enhances guest satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, always aiming to leave guests feeling valued and cared for
  • Assist with guest requests for local recommendations, events, or transportation, acting as a knowledgeable conciere resource
  • Reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy across all revenue streams
  • Prepare and submit detailed audit reports for management review
  • Verify and balance guest accounts, resolving billing discrepancies efficiently and professionally
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out as needed during overnight hours
  • Serve as the overnight steward, ensuring guests feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Friendly and approachable, with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Familiar with local attractions, restaurants, and events to assist guests with recommendations.
  • Proficient in utilizing hotel management systems and various digital tools to streamline operations.
  • Demonstrates strong listening skills and addresses guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to accurately reconcile financial transactions
  • Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
  • Calm and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Committed to upholding high standards of service and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering personalized guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
