Your future responsibilities as Project Manager, Asset Maintenance

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects related to buildings, car washes, and other real estate assets;

• Take charge of breakdowns, repairs, upgrades of facilities and equipment;

• Analyze project profitability, manage budgets, and review financial reports;

• Supervise inspections, control work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.

To be our Project Manager, Asset Maintenance, you need

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• A bachelor’s degree or certificate in project management (an asset);

• Strong knowledge of project management;

• Good command of both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our anglophone teams).
