- Define Strategy: Provide strategic direction for business development and identify growth opportunities with clear timelines.
- Client Leadership: Assume leadership with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams to develop proposals and conclude commercial agreements.
- Assume leadership with customers, lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop proposal and conclude business agreements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key account needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Plan and present reports and account progress, objectives and quarterly initiatives, to share with team members and stakeholders.
- Proactive Communication: Ensure smooth communication with clients and plan regular visits.
- Strategic Networking: Develop and maintain a network of strategic contacts and ensure continuous strategic monitoring.
- Priorities and Actions: Identify short- and medium-term priorities, implement and realize annual action plans.
- Strategic Forecasting: Regularly update sales forecasts, identify business opportunities, highlight key facts, and conduct client strategic forecasting.
- Resources and Support: Plan the material and financial resources needed to support the business plan.
- Team Development: Develop a team of managers aiming for industry-leading performance and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: In collaboration with the Quality Assurance group, establish improvement objectives for customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
- Best Practices: Establish and monitor best management practices using key metrics.
- Rigorous Compliance: Ensure the rigorous application of corporate policies, laws, standards, and regulations.
General skills
Education and Professional Experience:
- Undergraduate university education, graduate training is an important asset.
- Relevant experience of at least ten (10) years in the sales field in large and medium-sized companies with several years of experience as a member of the management committee.
Required Skills:
- Recognized as a change agent and an authentic team player who highlights the talents of their team.
- Proven ability to manage change and mobilize staff.
- Ability to build credibility with colleagues and other external business partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, proudly displaying the interests, values, and culture of the company and perceived as a role model by peers/colleagues.

- Ability to work under pressure.
