Associate Lawyer - Commercial Real Estate
Toronto ONOur client, a leader in its field, is hiring!
They are currently searching for an experienced Associate Lawyer to join their busy and expanding commercial real estate practice group.
Responsibilities:
Proactive, hands-on responsibility for a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-residential and mixed-use properties.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least three (3) consecutive years’ post-call experience in commercial real estate transactions and related documents, including the completion of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and related matters.
The ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines is required.
Strong teamwork skills, trustworthiness and accountability is further required along with an enthusiastic and positive demeanour.
