Your Mission

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Creative Builder. This role is a unique blend of business and technology, requiring a dynamic individual who can rapidly prototype business applications and bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have good technical skills, strong business and pharmaceutical knowledge and the ability to think fast and outside the box.

What You’ll Do

• Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions (prototypes);
• Design and develop rapid prototypes of business applications using various technologies and platforms (example: React, Python)
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on rapid prototyping and application development.
• Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of application development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with NextJS, N8N and AI powered IDE’s (example: Cursor).
• Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services (OpenAI, Anthropic and Open-source AI models).
• Examples of real applications built (GitHub repos used as references) using AI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
