Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager of International Recruitment, the Supervisor, International Recruitment & Partner Relations supports Confederation College’s international recruitment strategy, quality assurance processes, agent management, and international student support initiatives. This role plays a key operational and strategic role, balancing direct recruitment, market engagement, administrative oversight, and compliance management to achieve enrolment targets and ensure excellent service delivery aligned with SPIE requirements and the College’s strategic goals.

Minimum level of formal education required for the position
4 year degree or equivalent
Specific course(s), certification, qualification, formal training or accreditation required for the position
Additional Requirements
Proven ability to build and maintain international relationships, manage complex agreements, and achieve enrolment targets.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional intercultural communication skills: fluency in English plus one additional relevant language is an asset.
Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and related data management tools.
Field(s) of Study
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, Education Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
Typical number of years of experience, in addition to the necessary education level, required to perform the responsibilities of the position
Minimum of three (3) years
Type of Experience
Minimum 3 years progressive experience in international education, agent management, student advising, or related fields within an educational institution or international organization. Demonstrated success managing partner performance, compliance processes, and recruitment operations.
