We are seeking a personable and critical thinking Vehicle Quality Assurance inspector capable of closing a sale to join our team in Edmonton. This unique role combines vehicle inspection, customer engagement, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. If you have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for building rapport, we want to hear from you!
The Role
- Conduct non-mechanical inspections of vehicles to assess their overall condition.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on inspection findings.
- Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Analyze inspection data and collaborate with the team to determine reasonable wholesale offers.
- Present and negotiate wholesale offers with customers to close sales effectively.

What We Expect
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to assess vehicle condition (non-mechanical).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and customer interactions.
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- 1+ years of customer service experience
* Previous experience in sales or vehicle assessment is an asset, but not required.

3. Approved candidates from step #2 will receive a working interview task to complete.
4. Submit the step #3 working interview assignment within 24 hours. The hiring team will then review the submission.
5. Successful step #4 candidates will be submitted for review to the National Purchasing Manager.
6. The selected candidate(s) from step #5 will be offered a conditional hire with a three-month training/probation period.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
