About the role
The vibe at your place is more than perfect: lighting, music, everything is on point
Do you have good interpersonal skills and like to please people with simple gestures that make them smile? We're looking for a spirited Host or Hostess with a genuine love of customer service. They ensure that every guest feels warmly welcomed and valued by creating a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 8AM - 4PM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Take care of guests from arrival to departure from the restaurant or bar by actively listening, sharing sound advice and proactively responding to their requests.

Accompany guests on their journeys: show them the way, lead them to their table, etc.

Organize the seating plan to maximize occupancy.
-
Answer the phone with a smile in your voice.

Manage reservations and waiting list.

Coordinate room management with servers to ensure smooth flow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent experience
-
Restaurant experience an asset
-
Excellent stress and pressure management skills
-
Good physical condition: standing for long periods of time
-
Positive, trustworthy attitude and ability to work as part of a team
