Position Overview

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering exceptional service across Micco’s diverse portfolio. Acting as a small call centre, CSRs handle customer inquiries for multiple business units, including logistics and retail. They maintain contact with our dispatchers and drivers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintaining positive and productive communication with customers.
  • Provide multi-campaign support across numerous Micco business entities.
  • Handle inbound calls for customer support and product inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls for customer notifications and communications.
  • Maintain accurate order entry and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Accurately track and resolve customer issues and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other departments, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure consistent and superior service delivery.
  • Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or call centre position.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems preferred.

Education

Completion of high school or equivalent required.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Shift work, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience

Working Environment

  • Small call centre environment supporting multiple businesses.
  • Fast-paced and customer-focused, with frequent communication via phone, email, and internal systems.
