We're looking for a concierge who's not afraid to pull out all the stops when it comes to pleasing a guest. This attentive person is our hotel's tourism expert: he or she knows the best Italian restaurant, keeps abreast of new exhibitions and can create a tailor-made romantic package in no time. His welcoming personality and desire to do things right reflect on the whole team and on the people he meets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take an interest in our guests, ask the right questions to understand what they are looking for and advise them appropriately.

Respond to their requests with enthusiasm and eagerness and be their point of contact with the outside world: make a restaurant reservation, buy tickets for an activity, find the right relaxation package, etc.

Write a welcome message, make a room delivery or other courteous gesture to make guests' experience memorable.

Be in constant communication with the front desk, reservations, and catering team to do everything possible to offer a personalized experience to our guests.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Diploma in Hotel Management and Clefs d'or, assets

Customer service in your blood - with experience

Creativity and a sense of innovation

Organized, proactive, versatile and positive attitude

Sharp knowledge of the region's tourist attractions

Responsive to emergency situations or urgent requests

Excellent oral and written communication skills
