The Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll help bring the brand to life online, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, product highlights, and guest experiences in a way that feels warm, creative, and authentic.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and posting regular content for Instagram and TikTok (stories, reels, posts)
• Capturing short videos and photos in-store — coffee, cocktails, brunch, ambiance, people
• Managing the posting schedule and responding to basic DMs/comments and Google reviews.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager and team for upcoming promotions or events
• Tracking post performance and suggesting ideas to grow reach and engagement
• Staying aligned with the Ellipsis tone: soft, intuitive, creative, and connected

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has some experience creating content for a business (ideally hospitality)
• Understands current social media trends, especially on Reels and TikTok
• Can shoot and edit short-form videos using their phone or basic editing tools
• Has knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms for photo editing and post creation
• Has strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Works independently and is comfortable spending time in-store capturing content
• Loves cafés, cocktails, and storytelling through visuals
