Regional Sales Manager

Are you an experienced industrial sales professional ready to grow your career and income? Our client — a leading industrial repair services provider with operations throughout North America — is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand and support their customer base across northwest Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales rep who excels at building customer relationships, solving problems, and wants a clear path to future leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a defined territory by maintaining strong relationships with current customers and generating new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and cold call to identify and secure new accounts.
  • Keep your CRM updated daily and follow a structured outside sales plan.
  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee open orders and keep customers informed and satisfied.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of industrial sales experience (experience with automation repairs is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clear, confident, and professional.
  • Strong solution-selling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of identifying key decision-makers and closing business.
  • Organized and proactive with effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
