Description
- Lead and oversee multiple departments to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Inspire, coach, and develop department managers and their teams to reach their full potential
- Foster a service-focused culture where every customer interaction is warm, genuine, and memorable
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards and reflect current fashion trends
- Analyze business results and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team scheduling to build strong, motivated teams
- Create a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment that drives results and team satisfaction
- Maintain adherence to company policies and operational standards, including inventory control and loss prevention
- Champion brand values through consistent leadership, leading by example in all customer and team interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, or senior department leader in a high-volume, large-format apparel retail setting
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of visual merchandising and customer experience best practices
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a talent for coaching, motivating, and developing others
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
